New Ideas vs established strategies

Sometimes, companies have to decide whether they should look for a new employee,
or invest more and trust already existing employees.

This happens mostly when it comes to a leading position that requires additional skills,
such as leadership, people motivation etc.

The questions to be answered are:
-Experience vs company Knowledge

-New Ideas vs internal thinking?

Promoting an already existing employee also functions as a motivational Factor for all the employees of the company.

On the other hand “outsiders” may also bring new ideas and knowledge that might be missing.
